Verghereto Country

The Verghereto Country (Province of Forli Cesena), and an extensive territory of well 117 square kilometers, which is situated in the Appennino Tosco Romagnolo. Located at the end of the Emilia Romagna Region borders with two other region: Marche and Toscana. The altitude varies from about 500 meters above sea level in the area of the river Para to well 1400 meters of Monte Fumaiolo. History

It is the chief town of the municipality is situated on a rocky spur licked from the first slide of the Savio river, on the watershed between Emilia Romagna and Toscana.
